Rafael dos Santos was born in Setúbal, Portugal. With a vast interest in literature and cinema from a very young age, storytelling was always a way of expression, far more reliable and safe than the spoken word. This, combined with an academic background in Social Work, allowed him to observe more carefully the world around him, culminating in a need to write, and a need to tell.
