Eduardo Machado was born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil, and is currently based in NYC. His multidisciplinary background in both film and music creates a cohesive, refreshing directorial voice, attempting to capture authentic coming-of-age stories from new perspectives with a heavy musical identity. His work explores personal independence, the search for identity, post-colonialism, and American Imperialism.
