Arturo Castro Godoy is a Venezuela filmmaker born in Caracas. He then moved to Santa Fe, Argentina at 16 years old. He graduated from the Higher Institute of Cinema and Audiovisual Arts of Santa Fe (ISCAA), and also studied Literature at the National University of the Litoral.
