Yuka Shibata (柴田 由香, Shibata Yuka, born November 3, 1979) is a Japanese animator and character designer. She is a member of Seven Arcs. She was born in Yuza City, Akumi District, Yamagata Prefecture. Her blood type is AB and her zodiac sign is Scorpio.
