Jonathan Spencer is a gaffer. Spencer began his career at BSkyB in 1998, where he learned the fundamentals of lighting in a traditional TV studio environment. In 2004, he transitioned to freelance work as an electrician and generator operator, gaining hands-on experience with new equipment and a variety of production settings. Most importantly, he learned from the experienced crews he worked alongside. In 2010, he began working as a gaffer.
