Masatsugu Arakawa (荒川 眞嗣, Arakawa Masatsugu, born March 4, 1964) is a Japanese director, storyboard artist, and animator from Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture. He is also sometimes credited under the name 荒川 真嗣 (same reading).
