Chris Arata decided to take an old-school approach to entering his career in cinematography, starting as a camera assistant and working his way up to operating provided him with critical insights into how to craft an image and effectively and efficiently communicate between all involved. In 2020, Arata was welcomed into the SOC (Society of Camera Operators), where he maintained an active membership role. Having collaborated with A-level filmmakers on all forms of motion entertainment, Arata looked forward to seeing what the future brings.
